Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-demand periods (sales, holidays, or new drops), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

We are not currently ship internationally! Customers will be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply once the package reaches your country.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Broadygirlz Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
